Job Summary

The Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality educational content across various domains (ICT, tailoring, hairdressing, etc.), ensuring that program participants gain theoretical and practical skills. This role involves curriculum development, training delivery, participant assessment, and regular reporting. Trainers are expected to create an engaging learning environment tailored to different learning styles and to adapt content to meet program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

    Course Design and Planning
  • Develop comprehensive lesson plans and curriculum specific to each training program.
  • Design effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
  • Delivery of Training:
  • Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions aligned with the curriculum.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and experience levels.
  • Manage both physical and virtual classrooms to maintain an effective learning atmosphere.
  • Assessment and Evaluation:
  • Conduct regular assessments of participant progress through tests, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to encourage participant improvement.
  • Maintain accurate training records, including attendance and performance data.
  • Reporting:
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports on participant progress to the program coordinator.
  • Identify areas where participants may require additional support or resources.
  • Other Duties:
  • Participate in project team meetings to discuss and improve training strategies.
  • Recommend curriculum updates in response to changes in technology or industry practices.
  • Ensure training sessions align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

Minimum Recruitment Standard

  • Certified Trainers with Microsoft and other top Vendors
  • Proven expertise in the relevant training domain.
  • Prior experience in teaching or training in data Analytics and AI.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design engaging, hands-on learning experiences
